Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and document performance requirements for facility systems.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Maintain compliance records and oversee repair projects.
- Communicate with technicians for troubleshooting and manage project bids.
- Conduct mechanical, electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Two-year vocational training or equivalent practical experience.
- Skilled in electrical and mechanical repairs for facility maintenance.
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm systems, and general construction.
- Knowledgeable in steam and hot water boilers, pumps, and piping.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically throughout your shift.
