What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyman position at BPM Management LLC?
We have a great work environment and are looking for another team member to join our handyman crew for our family owned property and business portfolio. We are looking for a wide variety of experience. This position needs to have EXCELLENT customer service skills, outstanding integrity, professional look and speaking skills, positive outlook and easy to talk to and loves to work hard with a smile. You will perform maintenance for handyman tasks such as minor plumbing, painting, patching drywall, replacing doors, install new light fixtures, cleaning, and basically getting homes and apartments rent ready. You will also have some clean outs after residents leave.
You may also show apartments to prospects.
This can be a full time position with benefits, or part time position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
