Key Responsibilities

- Drive business expansion by identifying new markets, service offerings, and revenue opportunities.
- Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track agency performance and operational success.
- Establish a culture of excellence, efficiency, and accountability, fostering continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence & Efficiency
- Manage all day-to-day operations, including project execution, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Optimize internal processes and technology platforms to enhance workflow and maximize productivity.
- Oversee media relations, influencer marketing, PR campaign execution, and event planning to ensure client success.
- Direct manufacturing and supply chain oversight for PR activations, product placements, and events.

Financial Leadership & Risk Mitigation
- Develop and manage financial plans, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost control.
