BPM Supreme is seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and technology. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns. This position requires 3-5 years of marketing experience with a heavy concentration in campaign building as well as hands-on experience with overseeing a team, working with designers and developers, and implementing new programs. Exceptional communication skills are crucial. The individual must be a skilled presenter and able to communicate complex ideas in a very clear and concise way.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Oversee and launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Build and manage strategy for online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and website updates
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
  • Oversee the creation and management of weekly and monthly marketing reports and calendars
  • Work with brand ambassadors to enhance the company’s brand exposure

Skills

  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, and SEO/SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., FB, Google, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ESP (Email Service Provider) platforms (e.g., Klayvio, MailChimp, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be a permanent US resident (Pacific or Central time zone preferred)
  • Must be willing to work in accordance to Pacific Standard time zone
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field of study
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager
  • Facebook Ads (1-3 years)
  • Google Analytics (1-3 years)
  • Google Ads (1-3 years)
  • Social Media Management (1-3 years)
  • Adobe Suite ie. Photoshop, After Effects, etc. (preferred)
  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the Music/DJing industry (preferred)

Salary Range

  • $80,000/Year to $100,000/Year · Full-time

Work Schedule (Pacific Standard Time)

  • 9AM - 6PM (M-Th), 8AM - 5PM (F)

Hiring Process

If you are selected, you will be contacted for an initial video interview with our HR Assistant and Director of Operations.

If we decide to move forward, the next step would be a second video interview with our HR Assistant, Director of Operations, and our Marketing Director.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees work remote but must submit their vaccination statuses as well as undergo training on basic COVID safety practices prior to in-person company gatherings as well as voluntarily working at our live events, which occur in our Los Angeles office.
