Job Details : 13-week travel contract (w / possibility for extension) Day shift - 5x8hour shifts Guaranteed 40 hours a week Years of Experience : Home health experience of 1 year at least HCHB – EMR experience Nursing- experience with wound care, pleurx, infusion, venipuncture, case management, SOC Therapy – experience with geriatric / pediatric, chronic disease management, maintenance OASIS- E Experience
