Specific Accountabilities:
- Manage the procurement process from preparing competitive bids through commercial
- Develop, negotiate, and support the execution of supplier agreements.
- Source suppliers, validate sole source claims, and determine optimal procurement
- Negotiate with suppliers on terms, pricing, delivery, and other conditions as required.
- Evaluate supplier performance and address inefficiencies using the feedback loop in
- Maintain records in compliance with policies, procedures, and SOX audit guidelines.
- Issue and approve purchase orders per the Approved Supplier List (ASL).
- Resolve procurement-related issues, acting as a liaison between project
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and stay current with market conditions and industry
- Support Supply Chain Management (SCM) team initiatives and maintain up-to-date
- Other duties as assigned, with a focus on high-volume requisitions to support Operations
Scope/Dimensions:
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment with simultaneous deadlines.
- Manage diverse work processes independently with limited guidance.
- Interact with suppliers, service providers, contractors, project engineers, and internal
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Required:
- Related University degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business
- 2-4 years of procurement experience (no more than 4 years for a Buyer I role).
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud and familiarity with high-volume requisition buying for goods
Preferred:
- Enrollment in Supply Chain Management Professional (SCPM) or Certified
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry .

Salary : $24 - $28
