Founded in 1975, BR A Consulting Engineers maintains a total staff of over 500 employees located at our main office in Boston and branch offices in New York City, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Vienna, VA (Washington, DC); Coral Gables, FL (Miami); Chicago, IL; St. Louis, MO; Tampa, FL; Charlotte, NC; Charleston, SC; Houston, TX; and New Haven, CT. BR A provides state-of-the-art integrated and coordinated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection consulting engineering, technology systems design, lighting design, and building commissioning services.
BR A is seeking applicants for a Commissioning Engineer / Project Manager position in our Boston headquarters. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of commissioning experience and previously demonstrated commissioning project management experience including technical, financial, project development (planning, staffing, client management, execution, reporting, closeout). Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to counsel clients and their project teams through the complex maze of the commissioning process, and the ability to secure and manage technical resources required to execute commissioning projects per plans, specifications, and project schedule is also necessary.
Prior experience working with clients and projects in the following markets is a must :
- Healthcare;
- Higher Education;
- Science & Technology;
- Transportation;
- Critical Environments (data centers, laboratories, pharmacies, operating rooms, etc.).
