Duties
- Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train new employees on bar operations, customer service techniques, and food handling practices.
- Develop and implement creative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing, sales tracking, and reporting.
Experience
- Proven experience in team management within a bar or restaurant setting is essential.
- Familiarity with food service management principles and practices is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and food production standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in food handling practices in accordance with health regulations is required.
- Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant is a plus but not mandatory.
