Bra Genie is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Metairie team full-time as a Bra Fit Specialist. Do you have a passion for helping women look and feel their best and enjoy connecting with customers? This may be the career opportunity you have been searching for!
We are looking for a performance-driven individual who has a proven track record of success in sales and is team-oriented. The ideal sales candidates are motivated, great listeners with a positive attitude, have an outgoing personality, a strong desire to help customers, and work well in a team. Utilizing the product knowledge you gain from our training program and your selling skills, you will assist customers throughout the fitting process, product selection and purchasing while providing the highest level of customer service.

Requirements:
- Must be able to work Saturdays. (Store hours: Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm, Thursday 10am-7pm).
- The aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service standards while maintaining a professional demeanor and presentation at all times.
- Excellent communication skills between team members, management and customers.
- Can work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
- A drive to meet and exceed sales and performance expectations.
- Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and have strong organizational skills.
- A passion for helping women look and feel their very best! Must be comfortable working in an intimate environment.
Compensation: We offer an hourly rate well above industry standard, quarterly bonus potential, health insurance, paid vacation, 401K, generous store discount as well as the possibility for future growth and development.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
