✔️ 1-2 years of luxury fashion sales experience & Client development
✔️ Good work references, Keyholder position
✔️ Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Word/Excel, and point-of-sale systems
✔️ Ability to create a genuine rapport with a variety of people
✔️ Strong ability to navigate the fitting room and wardrobe a client confidently
✔️ Must be coachable, open to feedback, and thrive in a structured, goal-focused environment
✨ Drive Sales & Build Client Relationships – Develop a loyal client base by delivering exceptional, personalized service and maximizing sales opportunities.
✨ Lead & Support the Team – Work alongside your manager to ensure smooth daily operations and a high-level customer experience.
✨ Merchandising & Visuals – Keep the store fresh, engaging, and on-brand by managing product presentation.
✨ Inventory & Buying – Assist in stock oversight, ordering, and learning the buying process to ensure we have what our customers need.
✨ Marketing & Social Media Support – Help shape the store’s voice by participating in marketing initiatives and client outreach.
✨ Store Operations – Learn business management, logistics, and strategy, gaining invaluable experience in running a successful boutique.
