Retail Sales Associate – Luxury Intimate Apparel & Swimwear

Location: Bravo intimates – Royal Oak, MI

Compensation: $18–$20/hour, commensurate with experience, plus monthly performance-based bonus.

We are looking for a seasoned luxury sales associate with at least 5 years of experience in fashion or cosmetic sales to join our close-knit, high-performing team. This is not a starter role—we’re seeking someone who can hit the ground running, connect with clients confidently from day one, and thrive in a small boutique retail environment that’s all about relationships, not transactions.

We already have the clientele—you bring the connection. There’s no cold calling here. What we need is a polished professional who knows how to create a personalized experience, build trust, and bring clients back through old-fashioned clienteling—the kind that never goes out of style.

• Deliver luxury-level, one-on-one customer service and styling

• Build multi-item sales through expert guidance and product knowledge

• Perform bra and swimwear fittings (training provided)

• Proactively follow up and maintain client relationships

• Support store promotions, events, and seasonal product launches

• 5 years of successful experience in luxury fashion or cosmectic sales

• A confident, personable communicator who genuinely enjoys connecting with people

• Skilled in clienteling and relationship selling

• Self-assured in a one-on-one service environment (including fitting rooms)

• Professional, punctual, organized, and team-oriented

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs

Candidates should live within a short, reliable commuting distance to ensure punctuality and support team scheduling needs.

• 20-25 -hour workweek with flex schedule

• Store Hours: Tuesday–Friday 10 AM–5:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

• Competitive base wage monthly bonus potential
