Description
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the tactical execution of the Paylocity & ADP Workforce Now platforms for Brabo's clients. Our clients range from small accounting firms, real estate, manufacturing, service industries, hospitality, and restaurants to exclusive boutiques and non-profits. As a valued team member, this person will work to execute the day-to-day tasks for our clients on the Paylocity platform. This role will prioritize weekly payroll tasks, client inquiries, HRIS administrative requests, benefit administration requests, and potentially some human resources tasks as required. While payrolls are consistent week over week, client requests can vary wildly, and the ability to adapt, prioritize, and realign daily goals to accommodate variable client needs alongside predictable deliverables is required. This role as a career path can expand further into HR technology or HR Business partner roles based on interests and results.

HRIS Analyst – Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Platform Expertise
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Paylocity platform, supporting clients across all modules.
- Accurately process and submit client payrolls in a timely manner.
- Provide hands-on support for HRIS and benefits administration systems.
- Guide clients through onboarding, open enrollment, and other employee lifecycle events.
- Assist clients with system functionality related to:
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Employee Onboarding
- Open Enrollment Tools
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Performance Management
- Expense Management
- Communities and Impressions
- Custom Report Writer
- Time and Attendance
- PTO Configuration
- General Ledger Integration
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Client Services & Communication
- Provide responsive and accurate support via Salesforce, Slack, and other internal systems.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, vendors, and agencies.
- Respond to client inquiries and complaints, offering timely and appropriate resolutions.
- Deliver requested client reports and assist in configuring reporting dashboards.
- Advise clients on final pay calculations, PTO policies, and other compensation matters.
Compliance & Tax Administration
- Work with clients and third-party agencies to resolve tax and regulatory discrepancies.
- File payroll, tax, and employment-related reports to appropriate federal, state, and local agencies.
- Support clients in maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Process Oversight & Continuous Improvement
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting integrations (e.g., 401(k), general ledger).
- Aid in creating and maintaining HR and employee documentation.
- Participate in internal 1:1s, training, and ongoing education to maintain system expertise.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support operational efficiency.
- Take initiative in identifying and solving system or workflow issues.
Administrative & Miscellaneous
- Follow internal communication procedures and service protocols.
- Complete required training and certifications on schedule.
- Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
FPC or CPP
Proven Client support experience
2 years in payroll, HR, or related fields
Microsoft Office proficient
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent comfort in navigating a computer
Client orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Paylocity or equivalent HRIS system experience required
Physical Requirements· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
