Role Overview:
As an Insurance Representative, you'll assist our current clients, ensure their needs are met, and uphold the Brabo standard of excellence. We seek a growth-minded insurance professional with interest in building a career with us!
Key Qualifications:
- Strong communication abilities in written and spoken interactions
- An eye for detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks
Primary Duties:
- Facilitate sales and renewal work for insurance policies
- Liaison to clients and carriers
- Provide World Class client service
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns
- Offer expert advice to clients regarding coverage nuances, recommend suitable changes, and oversee policy modifications
- Enhance client accounts through cross-selling and account rounding
- Diligently maintain and update client accounts in our automation systems, ensuring all interactions are documented
- Assist other members of the insurance team with related duties

Requirements
Experience Requirements:
- Customer Service in Office Setting, one year or more
- Computer Literacy, moderate to advanced (Excel, Outlook, SalesForce, Employee Navigator, Carrier Portals)
Licensing:
- You are expected to obtain your Health and Life Insurance licensed within the first 6 months of employment
