What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager Quality & Process Improvement position at Bracane Company?
JOB DUTIES :
Sets strategies that lead to the transformation of business processes and operational tools to enable global excellence. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the performance of worldwide strategic business projects for senior and executive management.
MINIMUM EDUCATION :
Bachelor's degree / equivalent. Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative discipline preferred.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE :
Five (5) years related experience, preferably in management consulting, internal audit, high level customer support or information systems analysis / planning plus two (2) years of management experience in the last five (5) years OR completion of AiM (internal development program).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Proficiency in various computer applications is required. Strong basic management, human relations, project management, analytical and communication skills are required.
LOCATION : Memphis, TN
TRAVEL : Some travel required.
SALARY : $120,000 - $125,000
