The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a member of the Bracco Americas Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence with responsibility for owning the attraction, sourcing and recruiting of talent within designated business unit(s). This role will provide full cycle recruitment, talent acquisition and onboarding best practice advisement for managers, create multiple pipelines of active and passive candidates with various skill sets and experiences, partner with appropriate Americas Human Resources team members to execute upon intern and co-op recruitment. This individual will also contribute to Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence projects, and partner globally to align regional employer branding and social media activities with our global One-Bracco Employer Value Proposition.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Within assigned business unit(s), manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of individual contributor and senior leadership positions requiring varying levels of clinical, technical and business acumen
Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates with various skill sets and experiences
Engage and recruit talent through various channels; include networking, social media, cold calling, job boards and posting sites, Applicant Tracking System, referral program and user groups
Review profiles, resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business needs
Foster a positive candidate experience through professional communication and periodic correspondence while actively networking and establishing strong relationships with a diverse pool of talent
Partner with hiring managers to develop a recruiting strategy and provide a high level of service throughout the recruiting process by maintaining on-going, pro-active communication regarding status of open positions/candidates
Recommend appropriate employment offers based upon internal equity and external competitiveness; ensures appropriate approvals for all offers are obtained; accountable for creation and delivery of accurate offer letters and partnering with appropriate HR team members to coordinate background checks and initiate onboarding activities
Through use of the Applicant Tracking System, maintains accurate candidate and requisition data to ensure accurate and timely reporting to Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence leadership and stakeholders
Advise hiring managers on HR-related onboarding activities and framework, educating team members on the process and collaborative model, focusing on rapid assimilation and high levels of engagement
Maintain broad-based knowledge of assigned business units and their operations
Maintain updated knowledge of applicable local, regional and global laws and best practices as they relate to talent acquisition
For assigned business units, lead in collecting, analyzing and sharing with Americas Human Resources and Business Leadership, Talent Acquisition related data to drive process and program improvements
Employer Branding
Partner with Americas Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, Americas and Global Human Resources Teams to develop and execute local and regional branding campaigns aligned with One Bracco Employer Value Proposition
Responsible for timely updates to digital and non-digital employer branding materials of assigned business unit or units, and in alignment with Global One-Bracco Employer Value Proposition
Leverage employer branding to build awareness and engagement through various channels including social media, company events and campus partnerships
Develop and execute talent outreach campaigns to proactive source future talent
Partner with Marketing Communications and other relevant internal partners to develop content to be shared on social media channels
Talent Acquisition Project Support
Contribute to and lead a variety of projects as assigned to support development and optimization of the newly formed Americas Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. Project work will vary in depth and scope based on business needs and may include projects to support:
Data-based decision making
Compliance projects
Optimization of our Talent Acquisition technology toolkit
Development and delivery of stakeholder training and related materials
Diversity and Inclusion recruitment best practices
Communications and branding efforts
Internship & Co-op Recruitment
For assigned business units lead internship & co-op recruitment efforts while partnering with appropriate Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence and HR team members on regional and national intern & co-op programming.
Maintain database of hired co-op and internship talent and continued communication and outreach
For assigned business units, partner in with appropriate Human Resources Team members in planning and execution of program events throughout the annual intern program lifecycle. This may include, educational panels, round table meetings, product fair and Executive lunches, company sponsored events and volunteer opportunities
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field
7 years demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment of a wide array of highly technical/clinical positions ranging from entry-level to managers of other managers within a search firm and/or a corporate recruitment setting.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs – Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Previous Life Sciences recruitment experience
Experience managing stakeholders at various levels – peers to executives
Experience executing upon global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies at a local/regional level
Demonstrated strong business acumen and technical Talent Acquisition/HR knowledgebase necessary to operate autonomously and build credibility with stakeholders/leaders
Experience managing a campus recruiting and corporate co-op/internship program
