Here's what you'd do:
- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and foster good relationships with key clients and partners within the architectural films segment for their assigned region.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate the architectural films segment in the region and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with architects, developers, owners, facility management companies, and key industry decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads.
- Active participation in industry-related events and networking.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Achievement of sales targets.
- Conversion rate of leads into customers.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Growth in market share and penetration.
- Effective management of sales pipeline and timely closure of deals.
- Development of good relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Architecture or Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in sales focusing on building facades, smart glass, window films, or smart building technologies.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Minimum of 7 years experience working with architects, developers, builders, and owners in various vertical markets and a proven sales and business development track record.
