Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier service to all customers, vendors, and team members.
- Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items to enhance their service experience.
- Answer and return parts counter phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate parts pricing and availability information to Advisors and Technicians in a timely manner.
- Process and fulfill technician parts orders efficiently to support smooth service operations.
- Leverage superior product knowledge to assist customers, advisors, and technicians effectively.
- Assist with inventory management and maintain proper storage of parts.
- Ensure the cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter, work area, and stockroom.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience as a Parts Advisor is required, preferably in an automotive dealership setting.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive components and systems is essential.
- Customer Service Skills: A team player with a focus on providing exemplary customer service.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and parts management systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
