Brad Foote Gearing, a division of Broadwind, is seeking a Machine Operator (Tooth Grinding) to join our team in Cicero, IL. This is a third shift position, Sunday night - Friday morning, with overtime as necessary. Come join our team! RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Work from blueprints, sketches, route sheets and verbal orders Provide necessary hand tools and measuring instruments Check the route sheet and blueprint for the operation and instructions Check the piece part for grinding stock Install the part into the machine and true up to within .0005" maximum T.I.R. Grind per the route sheet, and blueprint Use proof spot when provided Check the sizes and, if is correct, remove the piece part from the machine Follow bar-coding procedures per SOP All other duties as assigned
