Job Summary
">The Sr. Quality Engineer is responsible for maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and work instructions in compliance with ISO 9001 & AS9100. This role requires leading problem-solving teams, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of precision machining/manufacturing and gear manufacturing/measurement, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
">The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for:
- Maintaining QMS procedures and work instructions
- Leading problem-solving teams and implementing corrective actions
- Performing internal/external audits and supporting customer audits
- Completing first article, PPAP, and PSW documentation
- Coordinating Material Review Board activities
The candidate should be able to analyze quality data, evaluate process effectiveness, and implement improvements.
