Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a positive and engaging atmosphere for customers.
• Assist customers with purchases, locate items, and resolve issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, shelves, and bathrooms.
• Stock merchandise, manage inventory, and complete other tasks as assigned.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Able to stand for extended periods and move freely around the store.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull equipment as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred.
