Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and identify their automotive needs.
- Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring timely and accurate customer communication.
- Check in customer vehicles and listen to their concerns to accurately document issues.
- Recommend and explain services, repairs, and maintenance needs to customers.
- Provide cost estimates and repair timelines for services.
- Present and explain invoices, ensuring customer understanding of the work completed and charges.
- Manage customer complaints and concerns in a calm and efficient manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure clear communication and proper job execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, and service history in the shop’s system.
- Follow up with customers after services to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Ensure the shop’s customer service standards are met at all times, aiming for repeat business and customer loyalty.
