The opportunity provides growth opportunities, excellent training and coaching through internal and external training channels. The hiring agent is certified by State Farm to help groom agency team members for the opportunity to possibly become a State Farm agent and business owner.

- Utilize all of the provided communication channels to connect and establish long-term customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hold or become licensed int Property/Casualty and Life/Health.
- Must be coachable and have a strong desire to grow personally and professionally within the agency.
- Must be oriented and driven to contribute to the agency's growth goals.
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
