Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our clients' vehicles. This role also requires some custodian type work to support shop cleanliness and safety goals. This is a position with potential to advance into a Technician or Painter position. Desire to grow and advance with us is a must.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Conduct custodial tasks to maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shop.
- Drive vehicles safely to and from service areas as needed.
- Working with other team members to ensure the highest quality is delivered to our clients every time.
- Inspect vehicles for any additional detailing needs or damages that may require further attention.
- Maintain all detailing equipment and supplies in good working condition.
- Responsible for maintaining eye wash stations, fire extinguishers and other safety items.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in autobody repair and/or car wash or automotive detailing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong skills in buffing and polishing techniques to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and vehicle aesthetics.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Ability to work as a team for a common goal of perect customer satisfaction.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.96 - $19.06 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
