Brad’s Electric, a rapidly growing electrical contracting company known for its exceptional quality and family-oriented values, is seeking a Commercial Electrical Superintendent to join our dynamic team.
As our Commercial Electrical Superintendent, you'll:
- Lead and oversee the installation of electrical systems in a variety of commercial projects, from schools to office buildings and retail spaces.
- Ensure the safety and productivity of your crew, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment where every voice is heard.
- Manage project schedules, and quality control, ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
- Bridge the gap between blueprints and reality, collaborating with clients and trades to bring visions to life.
- Proactively identify and solve problems, keeping projects moving smoothly.
- Supervise projects all around the state.
To qualify for this position, you’ll need:
- 10 years of experience as a commercial electrician.
- 2 years of supervisory experience on commercial jobsites.
- A strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Excellent project management skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to safety and quality.
- A desire to be part of a company that values its employees and gives back to the community.
Additional consideration will be given to applicants who meet the following criteria:
· This is a fast-paced environment, so someone comfortable jumping in and leading from the start is ideal.
- Capable of running projects sized 50,000 - 200,000 square feet.
- Holds an active journeyman’s or master electrician’s license.
Brad’s Electric is offering:
- Salary ranges from $ to $ depending on experience.
- Sign-on bonus of $5K after 45-day probation period.
- Profit sharing/project completion bonus.
