Summary
A business analyst, to start with equipment management but with the opportunity to assist in other areas of the company over time. Implement systems and data collection to analyze and develop solutions to improve interaction and efficiency and effectiveness. Work with team members throughout the company to improve and implement thoughtful solutions, current software and systems need modernization.
Manufacturing, IT or construction experience would be preferred and helpful in this roll. Goal is to support our Operations team efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Plan implementation: Define goals, timelines, and responsibilities to modernize and rethink current processes
- Analyze data: Analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports
- Develop solutions: Develop solutions or alternative practices to assist with maintenance/tracking and sourcing equipment and materials
- Work with and Support: Operations teams
- Make recommendations: Recommend new systems, procedures, or organizational changes
- Provide reports: Provide data-driven reports and suggestions
- Help vet and implement innovative solutions
- Support implementation: Support implementation through training, conducting user acceptance tests, and providing user documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
