Summary
As a Sales Manager at Braden Cadillac GMC, you will lead our sales team to achieve outstanding results while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with our commitment to exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to optimize vehicle availability.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

- Familiarity with dealership operations and retail math is essential.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for customer engagement.
