Responsibilities:

Inbound and Outbound Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from potential customers interested in our automotive products and services. Initiate outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while building rapport with customers. Provide accurate and detailed information about our vehicles, financing options, promotions, and dealership services.

Lead Generation: Identify potential buyers and capture their contact information. Record and update customer data in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Performance-Based Sales: Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets, such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and appointments set. Compensation is based on your performance.

Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a flexible work schedule that can accommodate your personal needs and commitments.

Training: Participate in our paid training program to learn about our products, services, and customer engagement techniques. Continuous learning and skill improvement are encouraged.

Requirements:

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

Self-Motivation: A strong desire to succeed and meet performance-based goals.

Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve common objectives.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced call center environment.

Sales and Customer Service: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, especially in the automotive industry, but not required.
