Customer Service Operations Representative

Braden Packaging is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and driven individual to help in the growing operations of their business operations. This individual will expend a majority of their time tending to the various needs of our valued customer base, with the ultimate goal of maintaining customer satisfaction. This role has the opportunity to move up to Office Manager – a salary position.

Primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone and email.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and order issues.
• Service walk-in customers.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries.
• Ability to use/learn computer systems such as Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
• Convey general knowledge of various product lines and make recommendations to customers.
• Generate/decipher historical reports to analyze customer needs/requests and pinpoint desired products and inventory needs.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as the warehouse and truck driver(s).
• Make "rush" deliveries in a sprinter van when necessary.
• Assist in shipping and receiving operations when necessary.
• Help manage inventory to lessen backorders and show accurate quantity’s in computer systems.
• Maintain positive attitude.
• Organize materials and file documents.
• Fill in for Warehouse Manager and Driver (26ft box truck) when needed

• Demonstrate ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Possess ability to stay composed and level-headed in fast paced environment.
• Are proficient with basic computer functions and have experience navigating Intuit QuickBooks.
• Have Associates Degree or higher
• Are familiar with packaging supplies (hand and machine wraps, tape, shrink films, boxes, void fill, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
