What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Services Analyst position at Bradesco Bank?

Primary Responsibilities: The function has as objective to provide support to and execute the demands from the clients, resolving all incidents (requests) received by the area, also support other areas of the Bank and Broker Dealer, manage and completion of maintenances on information related to new and existing customers and accounts. Includes the following but is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, performance standards or requirement efforts, skills, or working conditions associated with the job.
- Process all maintenance for new/existing clients such as personal information, account title, types, adjustments among other maintenance requests for the bank and Pershing.
- Open new CIF for clients as requested by different areas of the bank and Pershing.
- Reviews and Update W-8 forms to certify accounts for avoid withholding.
- Review account Opening documents for accuracy.
- Support and coordinate inquiries and investigations.
- Open and close Certificate of Deposits for new and existing clients
- Process manual interest input on CDs when needed.
- Reconcile different G/Ls and Account concentrations that are used for internal processes.
- Investigate and process unposted items to correct accounts.
- Receives customers’ requests by 360 CRM and analyzes these requests to provides solution or additional information.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Signature Verification on all client’s requests
- Complete Exception Item Processing (EIP) including NSF, Chargeback, and review of Checks, incoming and outgoing return items.
- Scanning of client’s file and allocation of documents to the imaging system (Synergy)
- Perform audits confirmation.
- Support department employees on their daily work and projects
- Support Audit and Regulators demands.

Education and Experience: Associate's degree required, 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Banking, including bank regulations is preferred.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Database, Internet, Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.
