As an Associate, Relationship Officer, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, collecting documentation, and supporting the Relationship Manager/Advisor.
- Interview prospects to establish their banking needs and collect necessary documents for a diligent acquisition process.
- Navigate banks operating systems to support clients and RM/Bankers, ensuring fast turnaround in client documentation and KYC profiling.
- Lead all onboarding control aspects for clients, including AML / KYC / Alerts for bank and investment accounts.
- Open new accounts, CDs, investments, loans, and cross-sell bank services.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while adhering to Bradesco Bank's policies, procedures, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide client services, including processing check deposits, research returned mail, statements, and stop payments.
- Interact with clients via telephone, email, or in person to resolve account inquiries and provide follow-through.
- Develop relationships with clients, identifying problems and themes, creating follow-ups, and escalating issues as needed.
- Assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Bradesco, its clients, and assets.
- Work independently and in a team environment to maximize productivity.
- Take ownership and act with a sense of urgency.
Requirements: 4 years of experience in Private Banking or the financial service industry; excellent organizational skills and ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines; strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish credibility with clients and partners.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's in Finance or Business Administration is considered a plus. Licenses: Series 7 required; Series 63/65 or 66 considered a plus. Language: Bilingual - English and Portuguese.
