What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Onboarding Analyst position at Bradesco Bank?

- Prepare and compile documentation necessary for the onboarding of Institutional & Corporate relationships in coordination with BSA/Compliance in a timely and self-reliant manner and provide maintenance. Coordinating with C&I Business Officer to solve any pending issues with customer and/or BSA to complete goals established by Business.
- Prepare new account documentation for bank accounts ensuring accuracy and completeness, including KYC and account monitoring.
- Coordinate KYC/AML processes and procedures for client portfolio exercising judgment regarding proper handling of customer requests in the absence of C&I Business Officer and or Relationship Officer.
- Perform due diligence and all security procedure checks on various types of accounts and counterparties, escalating when necessary.
- Adhere to Bank’s Anti Money Laundering Procedures stipulated and required by the BSA department.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to Bradesco Bank’s and Investments’ policies, procedures, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining client files complete and up-to date, performing on a periodic basis review of all Corporate & Institutional Banking files; ensure all onboarding documents are current and properly filed.
- Handle customer inquiries, exercise initiative in researching, analyzing, and resolving.
- Reporting responsibilities include the Maintenance of Onboarding Pipeline report, New Accounts Dashboard and provide support as needed in C&I Division reports.
- Maintenance and administrative support of Nostro Accounts.
Experience and Skills:
- Computer literate with knowledge of standard word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
- Ability to effectively complete multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within established timeframes.
- Business writing skills and experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, Detail and Service Oriented, Collaborative team player with initiative and drive.
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and respond to shifting priorities.
Education and Experience:
- BA Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, related field or any combination of education, training, and a minimum of 3-year International Banking experience or related field that that will provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Language Skills: Excellent Written/Verbal skills in English/Spanish/Portuguese.
