JOB DUTIES :
- Establish overall strategy for design, installation and operations of software / hardware integration, system architecture, voice and data networks, e-commerce and intra / internet development and interface.
- Discharge a lead role in maintaining data integrity, ongoing risk assessments of network vulnerability, and development and maintenance of a contingency plan for data recovery.
- Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and operation of technology solutions and services that support the organization’s operations, data management, and growth.
- Lead a team of technology professionals and manage the organization’s technology infrastructure and software development.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

Ten (or 8 if MA) years of progressively responsible information technology management and hands-on, in-depth experience in the banking industry, having driven large-scale, top-priority, and complex data and digital transformation programs for global financial institutions over the past seven years. Proven record of success leading all phases of diverse technology project implementation in products for Investment Banking, Private Banking, MFO, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Treasury, Brokerage, and Financing. Expertise in structuring, developing, and implementing IT solutions and products in Banking, Capital Markets, Equities, Structured Products, Offshore, Derivatives, Investment Funds, Credit Cards, and Loans. Extensive experience in Change-the-Bank programs, project management capabilities, organizational agility methodologies, and leadership skills that allow the CIO position to serve as a key contributor to the business side of operations in the Bank’s using and implementing complex technologies including cloud, data analytics, DevOps, artificial intelligence, and other technical innovations.
