What are the responsibilities and job description for the Church Administrator position at Bradford Community Church?
10 hours per week at $20/hr
8 hours a week in-person and remote administrative work
2 hours a week on-site Sundays / weekends with 1 weekend off per month
- Responsible for communications (emails, e-newsletters, announcements, website, electronic/social media, worship media, orders of service, etc.)
- Provides staff support on Sunday mornings for welcoming, visitor tracking, registration, programming, etc.
- Supports staff and volunteers in scheduling, space reservations, etc.
- Help coordinate building access for events, meetings, etc.
- Maintains office and building supplies.
- Other duties as assigned/negotiated.
