What Will You Do?

As our CES you will be the front line of communication with our customers. Answering phones and all other means of communication is the top priority for this position. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers feel valued and cared for. Promptly following up on leads to maintain a full Sales Pipeline. This will include qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Additionally, ensuring compliance with permits, preparing customer invoices, and collecting payments to ensure a seamless and efficient process from start to finish.

  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Google Docs/Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with a careful eye for accuracy in all tasks.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a requirement.
  • Prior experience in the construction field and/or sales is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial Contact for all inbound leads.
  • Field and respond to all calls, texts, messages, emails, and form submissions submitted to our office.
  • Following up on leads daily.
  • Monitoring and responding to all Google Guarantee leads.
  • Qualifying leads and setting appointments for our Sales Team.
  • Engaging with customers and helping drive sales.
  • Assisting our sales team by creating Estimates and sending proposals to customers.
  • Updating and revising estimates and sending them to customers.
  • Accurately inputting and updating customer information in our CRM.
  • Invoicing and reconciling payment transactions in QuickBooks.
  • Weekly schedule updates with our customers.
  • Updating customers on any schedule changes, i.e., weather delays, etc.
  • Apply for permits.
  • Submitting W9’s, Certificates of Insurance, and various administrative tasks.
  • Helping build out spreadsheets, updating our CRM, and ultimately improving our overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone communication and email etiquette.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks (or a quick learner).
  • Detail-oriented - Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs (Word) & Sheets (Excel).
  • Highest level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior experience in customer relations.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Competence and understanding of Social Media.
  • Reliable transportation and valid Drivers License
  • Work on-site at the Bradford Fencing office, Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.
