Boiler Operator

Bradford Forest LLC, a leading hardwood lumber and dimension parts manufacturing company situated in the rolling hills of Northwestern Pennsylvania, is looking for a highly reliable Boiler Operator for our Bradford, Pennsylvania location. Boiler Operator Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Shift Hours – 6PM to 6 AM. Every other weekend and two days during the week.
• Will be required to work all nights, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Must have flexibility of working all shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime as necessary, emergency overtime, and being on call.
• Must understand the physics of water, flow, pressure, and boiling points.
• Must be physically able and willing to climb silos for inspections and maintenance.
• Must be able to drive tractor trailer and back into tight spaces.
• Must have good people and communication skills to work with outside trucking personnel and kiln department to keep the process running smoothly.
• Must follow all safety regulations set forth by the company and wear all required personal protective equipment.

Boiler Operator Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay is $17/hr. and will be commensurate with experience.
• 2nd Shift Full-time position with overtime hours.
