What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Nurse Practitioner for Community Healthcare Center position at Bradford Healthcare?

This FNP will be part of a patient centered medical home that believes in quality of care over #s of patient seen. They work as a team having strong collegian interactions with all departments.
The FNP responsibilities will include:
- The Family Nurse Practitioner will treat acute and complex medical issues,
- The Family Nurse Practitioner will perform school and sport physicals
- The Family Nurse Practitioner will prescribe and manage medications as needed.
- The Family Nurse Practitioner will see on average 18 patients per shift and
- The Family Nurse Practitioner will manage a patient panel of all age groups.
To qualify for this position the Family Nurse Practitioner must:
- Be FNP-C
- New Graduates will not be considered for this position
- The FNP will have 2 years in a similar setting
- The FNP will have or be able to acquire Maine License
- The FNP will be able to work with a high level of autonomy
- The FNP will manage a patient panel
- The FNP will have strong diagnostic skills
