Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Overview

Multispecialty group located in Bristol County is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. While this is mostly an adult practice there is the opportunity to work with pediatric patients. You will provide comprehensive care focusing on preventive health measures, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. This NP will have a 4 or 5 day work with with no weekend, call or evening hours.

The Nurse Practitioners duties will include:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
• Manage acute care situations effectively, ensuring timely interventions..

Skills
The Nurse Practitioner will possess the following skills:

• 3 years working in Primary Care setting
• Will have expereince treating both acute and chronic health issues
• Have experience with eClinicalworks
• Prescribing and managing Medications

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
