Director of Nursing Responsibilities :
Provide overall leadership and management of the nursing department.
Ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to residents while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Recruit, train, and manage nursing staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skillsets.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
Collaborate with the medical team and other departments to coordinate and optimize resident care.
Monitor and evaluate resident health outcomes and address any concerns promptly.
Handle incident reporting, and follow-up, and ensure adherence to proper protocols.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional environment for all nursing staff.
Director of Nursing Requirments :
A valid RN License in the state of PA required
Long Term Care Experience is required
Strong understanding of nursing home regulations and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a large team and ensure a high level of patient care.
