What are the responsibilities and job description for the K-5 PE Teacher position at Bradford Preparatory School?
We are looking for a K-5 PE teacher for this coming school year.
Essential functions of the position include:
- Design, plan, and implement lessons based on school curriculum
- Manage PE classes in outdoor environment (on main athletic fields except for inclement weather days)
- Create an environment of respect and rapport that fosters a positive climate for learning and excellence.
Desirable applicants will hold a B.A./B.S. degree in teaching from an accredited institution with a background in teaching Physical Education. The candidate will be required to uphold standards set by the NC Department of Public Instruction.
