Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including managing staff, resources, and budgets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve profit targets
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
- Addresses customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships
- Ensures inventory data is correct by performing inventory cycle counts
-Use company software to research, analyze, and track purchases
- Understand market conditions and customer needs to maintain proper inventory and increase sales.
-Ensure that the store always looks clean and inviting to customers
-Conduct weekly staff meeting and submit written reports to upper management
-Organize and oversee staff work schedules and work performance
-Trains and coaches teammates
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination and communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
