What are the responsibilities and job description for the HRIS Analyst position at Bradford White Corporation?
Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact to provide complete support for HCM applications across all areas of HR and the enterprise. UKG or other HCM experience to include, core, all talent, performance and compensation management, recruiting, onboarding, learning management system and benefits administration.
- Provide production support, including researching and resolving HCM problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and HCM vendors and handles system escalation needs to achieve resolution.
- Perform ongoing audits and maintenance of data feeds between HCM applications and other systems to ensure data is feeding as required (e.g., timely, accurately).
- Manage HCM system through projects and process improvement, including but not limited to applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of functionality.
- Serve as strategic lead for design, enhancements, improvements, and system implementation for human resource systems (UKG) and integrations.
- Facilitate the review, testing and implementation of HR systems upgrades or patches.
- Analyze current systems and recommends solutions to resolve problems or improve efficiency.
- Create workflows on employee self-service and manager self-service, in addition to creating all training materials for employees, managers to navigate UKG based on company functionality.
- Provide data for all internal and external people data audit requests in a timely efficient manner.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to HR, Payroll, IT as well as other Business Partners.
- Facilitate day-to-day administration and maintenance for HCM applications with other team members.
- Design and develop system solutions (e.g., data feeds, structure design of application, etc.)
- Develop HR data analytics, custom report writing, dashboard development, and complex integration development.
- Prepare ADHOC BI reports and conduct analysis of BI reporting to analyze past practices and predict future trends and develop HR dashboards to drive the business.
- Perform audits of HCM systems to ensure consistent and accurate data. Ensure policy and process changes are integrated into reports and HR file feeds.
- Conduct UKG training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train team members on new processes/functionality.
- Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, SOPs and system user guides.
Job Requirements:
- BS. Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources or equivalent education
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a HCM system is required
- UKG, UltiPro and/or Kronos experience, knowledge and proficiency is required.
- Business partner experience in a multi-site company is required.
- Ability to prepare and present technical solutions to meet customers’ requirements.
