Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Minister to provide spiritual guidance, support, and leadership within our community. Duties
- Conduct worship services and religious ceremonies, ensuring they are meaningful and engaging.
- Educate congregants on spiritual teachings and principles through sermons, classes, and one-on-one discussions.
- Provide bereavement support to individuals and families experiencing loss, offering comfort and guidance during difficult times.
- Mentor members of the congregation, fostering personal growth and spiritual development.
- Manage conflicts within the community with sensitivity and professionalism, promoting reconciliation and understanding.
- Present workshops or seminars on relevant topics that enhance spiritual well-being and community engagement.
- Offer hospice care support to individuals in need, providing emotional and spiritual assistance during end-of-life transitions.

Experience
Candidates should possess a background in theology or a related field, with experience in pastoral care or community service preferred.
