About the Role : As the Regional Sales Manager for HCM Dealers, you will deliver profitability and growth of Bradken's range of Mining Products for mobile mining machines in the USA through the HCM Dealer network. Undertake regular interactions and visits to authorised dealers and end user mines within USA to maintain relationships and meet customer needs. Develop new opportunities focusing on mutual benefits for Bradken, the dealer, and the end user, enhancing HCM machine performance and value offering. Promote strong performance of our products with factual information relating to productivity, availability, and reliability. Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to set clear expectations for product performance, quality, delivery, and service. Ensure new bucket / tray commissioning is completed on time and relevant processes are followed. Assist in region joint venture / manufacturing initiatives and developing product and regional sales plans to deliver sustainable revenue growth. Input data into Salesforce CRM to show significant customer activities, pipeline opportunities, and market intelligence. Achieve budgeted gross margin and revenue sales targets for the responsible region. Review and optimise sales processes within the area of responsibility. Integrate product information within our growing portfolio of digital systems and 'SMART' products. What You Bring : Proven sales ability in the mining industry, with experience in project coordination / management and working with dealers and end users. Technical qualifications that enhance your ability to understand technical / engineering information and problem-solving. Strong interpersonal, networking, time management, and report writing skills, combined with sound product knowledge and growth mindset. Note : This role will be reporting out of our Mesa (Arizona) office however remote working locations will be considered for the right applicant. Travel through the region will be require.
