What's the Role :
As a Financial Clerk , you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of financial reports, reconciling general ledger accounts, and preparing journal entries, including accruals and adjustments. You will support month-end close processes, ensuring timely completion and assisting with variance analysis to provide insights into budget performance.
You will help manage accounts payable and receivable by verifying transactions, compiling financial reports, and addressing local queries in coordination with shared accounting services. Additionally, you will support internal and external audits, ensuring that documentation is audit-ready and compliant with company policies.
Your proactive attitude will allow you to contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities while continuously working to improve financial processes through standardization and efficiency enhancements. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to financial operations.
Overall, you will collaborate with the cross-functional team to provide the necessary financial support for business growth in the region. By working closely with central finance functions, you will contribute to the overall success of the Global Finance Team.
Key Technical Criteria and Experience :
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in an accounting or finance-related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
