Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, support, and optimization of the firm’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Dayforce. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data, supports reporting and analytics needs, and collaborates with HR and IT teams to improve system functionality. The HRIS Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing system efficiencies, troubleshooting issues, and supporting HR processes and workflows.
Essential Functions
System Maintenance & Support
- Maintain and update the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT and vendors to resolve technical problems.
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementations of new functionalities.
Data Management & Reporting
Input, audit, and validate employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.Generate standard and ad hoc reports for HR and management, including headcount, turnover, compensation, and compliance reporting.Support HR team members in extracting, analyzing, and presenting data to facilitate decision-making.Process Improvement & Optimization
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR systems.Collaborate with HR team members, IT, and vendors to identify, justify, and implement additional system integrations that could streamline workflows, enhance system utilization, and improve data integrity.Document system processes and train HR staff on best practices and system functionality.Compliance & Security
Ensure HR data security and compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.Support audits by providing necessary system documentation and reports.Manage access controls and user permissions within the HRIS.General HR Support
Assist with system-related aspects of recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and other HR functions.Provide technical support to HR staff and employees regarding HR system usage.Serve as the primary backup for payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.Requirements
Education :
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Experience :
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with HRIS platforms.Experience with Dayforce preferred.Skills
Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system administration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to generate, interpret, and present HR data reports.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot system issues.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bradley is an equal opportunity employer.
