We currently have an opportunity with a cutting edge technology Engineering firm in Tempe for a Lead Structural Designer / Drafter.
This is a Lead position and an excellent opportunity for a Structural Designer who has either been in a Lead position or is ready to take the next step into a Lead role. The Lead Designer will be hands-on in the design, Autocad and Revit modeling, and drafting for water / Wastewater projects, and will also oversee and direct the work of more junior level designer / drafters. Qualified candidates should possess :
Requirements :
- A minimum of 5-8 years experience as a Structural Designer / Drafter for related wastewater projects
- Strong Revit experience and a history of working with Revit in a structural engineering application for several years, ideally at least 5-8 years
- Leadership abilities
- Strong communication skills
- High degree of motivation to advance and succeed
