Established civil engineering firm with multiple disciplines and industries serviced is looking for construction manager to provide engineering and construction management services to clients focused on water sewer and pipe trenchless rehab projects. Will be responsible for the administration of all contract works and supervise the construction inspection staff as well as all construction activities.
Will coordinate the interface of all of the construction work and trades on a project site and review contractors work on an ongoing basis. Will lead weekly progress meetings and ensure project progress, budgeting and resource allocation remain in line with project requirements.
Prefer an engineer with a PE but will consider a strong construction manager with related projects.
Requirements :
- BS Degree in construction management
- 20 years of construction management experience
- Water, sewer or pipe projects in the trenchless space
- Any transportation or public works projects experience a plus
