Handyman/Laborer/Groundskeeper/Carpenter/Maintenance

Requires individual with common sense! Looking for someone to work 2-4 days a week for general labor. Must be a responsible adult who can dress appropriately and show up for work ON-TIME! Must be able to work in a non climate controlled environment. Must be able to lift and move heavy items as needed. Must be able to read a tape measure. Work will include but is not limited to Lawn work, loading/unloading, moving help, light mechanical, minor automotive repair, installing equipment, running wires, working in attics & crawl spaces, cleaning, small engine repair, construction, land clearing, tree work, roofing, hauling trash, pressure washing, painting, landscaping, running errands, deliveries, testing equipment, moving equipment and trailers, mowing/weeding, general maintenance, demolition, washing & detailing cars, sales and rental experience a plus.

Application of skillful sarcasm and shenanigans will score you bonus points. If you are lazy, whiny, easily offended, thrive on drama, need someone to hold your hand or need constant supervision this job is not for you.

You will be working in multiple locations and must have your own reliable vehicle.

Oversleep, have no alarm clock, have no car, have court often, have no baby sitter on a regular basis, have to give friends rides to work later than we start work, experience flat tires every week, have to hold on to your cell phone all day, or become an expert at your job with no need to learn or take advice after the first day.

Must be able to remember to come back to work after lunch. Should not expect to receive Purple Ribbons or Gold Stars for showing up to work on time and doing your job.

With all that said we honestly have a fun and lighthearted work environment. I am very laid back and easy to get along with. You will regularly be working around my children who are learning to work so if that's a problem do not apply. I own a pawnshop; a couple of rental properties and we are in the process of building a home ourselves. Looking for someone to work with us long term (5 Years), grow with the company and help us succeed, ideally this would be a permanent position. On any given day we may be Two days per week would be the minimum, Tuesday & Thursday 9-6 is the starting position, but the days are flexible as long as they are consistent each week.
