Responsibilities
Team Supervision: Assist in managing and supervising the collision repair team to ensure efficient operations.
Customer Service: Engage with clients to provide updates on the repair process and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all repairs meet the highest standards and industry guidelines for quality and safety.
Workflow Coordination: Organize and prioritize collision repair tasks to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Documentation: Oversee the proper documentation of repair processes and customer interaction for record-keeping and warranty purposes.
Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing parts and materials inventory for collision repairs.
Safety Compliance: Promote and ensure adherence to safety standards within the collision repair center.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in auto service management or a related field. Prior experience in collision management will be a key advantage.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications in automotive repair or management are a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and best practices. Familiarity with estimating software and customer relationship management systems.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of performance.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and capacity to make well-considered decisions under pressure.
