The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our leisure living properties in Milford, IN. This includes overseeing daily operations, supervising on-site staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensuring maintenance standards are met.
- Coordinating the leasing process, including move-ins/outs, rent collections, and unit inspections.
- Managing lease agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and facilitating lease renewals.
- Depositing received monies into property accounts and managing financial records.
- Assisting in the eviction process and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations.
- Overseeing contractor's Certificates of Insurance and safety checklists.
- Managing maintenance requests and conducting inspections and issuing work orders as needed.
- Assisting in budget preparation, monitoring financial reports, approving invoices, and maintaining petty cash.
